All deliveries are based exclusively on these conditions. They are accepted by the customer when signing the order confirmation or the invoice or when clicking on the corresponding button on the internet.
In the case of orders without prior confirmation (goods to be picked up on site or order by telephone), it is the responsibility of the customer to inform themself in advance about the conditions of sale and guarantee.
Our prices are in Swiss Francs or Euros, including VAT. We deliver throughout Switzerland and abroad according to the current rates of the Swiss Post or other rates to be agreed upon. If a price change occurs, the customer will receive a new order confirmation.
The indication of a delivery time is informative and depends on the suppliers of Drum Accessories. If Drum Accessories is not able to deliver within the agreed period, it is up to the customer to request in writing a new reasonable period of time and to request delivery.

Payment at the shop: cash or credit cards.
Payment of shipped goods: in advance, by bank transfer or CCP.
Shipping and insurance costs are at the customer’s expense, unless we decide otherwise.
Cash on delivery shipments can only be taken into consideration for companies, universities or institutions. A credit authorisation must first be requested from our accounting department. We reserve the right to refuse any cash on delivery mean of shipment.
Drum Accessories reserves the right to request advance payments. If the goods are not picked up or if the order is cancelled, the deposit shall remain in the possession of Drum Accessories’ accounting department. The cancellation of an order must be made by registered letter. The customer shall bear the cancellation costs, which may total to up to 20% of the amount. The balance of the deposit will generally be returned in the form of a voucher. Refusal of a package sent by cash on delivery (if accepted by us) is considered to be a cancellation of the order and allows us to charge the related costs.
Any transport damage must be reported within 2 days to the carrier (post office or private carrier).
If the goods are not in conformity, in quantity or quality, the customer must claim in writing within 2 days after receipt. It is up to the customer to check upon receipt and before use whether the product matches his order.
A possible exchange can only take place within 2 days after purchase if the purchase was made by cash payment in the shop. However, a restocking fee is reserved. Drum Accessories reserves the right to refuse the return. There is no general right of return for products ordered by internet or e-mail. The right of return and possibly exchange or other credit note for goods ordered and sold by mail order is to be agreed by Drum Accessories and is discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Drum Accessories shall not be liable for any failure due to force majeure (for example: natural event).
Drum Accessories guarantees its new products against all manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. Som so-called Boutique brands may benefit from a longer warranty. The warranty is valid instead of the brand’s after-sales service.
All guarantees are excluded in the event of defects and deterioration resulting from external events, accidents, in particular electrical accidents, wear and tear and improper use.
The warranty period is not extended following repair or exchange.
The guarantee consists exclusively of the repair of the product recognised as defective (at the choice of Drum Accessories and the related services). Certain exceptional situations may lead to an exchange of the device, but this must be agreed with Drum Accessories. Other claims are excluded, in particular reimbursement.
Only in exceptional cases does the customer have the option of having the product repaired by a third party company at the expense of Drum Accessories. This possibility is only valid if Drum Accessories has been notified in advance and agrees to carry out such a repair under guarantee.
Any product return by post must first be accepted by Drum Accessories. To this end, the customer shall contact Drum Accessories. The return costs shall be borne by the customer.
Drum Accessories strives to satisfy all its customers and encourages feedback and requests for improvement. We reserve the right to respond to any threatening, defamatory, provocative, binding or other information that could lead to civil or criminal liability.
In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is exclusively in Geneva, Switzerland.
